Yall. PB&J Smoothie. So delicious.

If you enjoy smoothies. And you enjoy PB&J. This smoothie will blow your mind. I first had a PB&J smoothie at a place in Clemson years ago--and I totally forgot about them...until today when I was about to make PB&J.....and then it hit me.
I know, it sounds gross. But you just make a PB&J....and then stick that sucker in the blender. Done.

That's a joke. Please don't do that. That's disgusting. Here are the ingredients:


A spoonful or 2 of your fave peanut butter (natural=better.)
One banana
A spoonful of your fave jelly/jam/fruity goodness
1 tablespoon of honey
3/4-1 cup your choice of milk (we're lactose intolerant, so almond milk it is..p.s. we
do NOT like this brand of almond milk. It was on sale and we got excited
and bought 2. Now we're stuck with it...it was fine in the smoothie.)
1/2 cup of yogurt (we always have plain, this would be even better
with plain greek yogurt.)

Once again, I apologize for my lack of precise measurements. We have a little
bullet blender that ends up being like 1 or 2 servings, so I just throw this stuff in there
till it looks right. 

Seriously. Go try it. It' so delicious.
